Beta for distributors and wholesalers

Sell more to the customers you already have.

RevLogic reads your order history and shows your sales team what each account isn’t buying from you yet, what to cross-sell and who’s starting to slip.

Free during the beta. Invites go out before the end of the year.

RevLogic account page: why to call now, the account's usual order, and what to pitch
Every account page: why to call now, their usual order, and the categories, brands and products they aren’t buying from you yet.

CRMs sell deals. Distributors sell products.

Pipeline CRMs track opportunities and stages. Your revenue is repeat orders from hundreds of accounts across thousands of SKUs, and most of your growth is in what those accounts buy somewhere else. RevLogic starts from your order lines, not a pipeline, so the intelligence is there on day one and there’s no pipeline to keep updated.

Customer intelligence

Know what every account should be buying.

Each account is measured against accounts like it, so every suggestion comes with the evidence behind it. Your sales team can say why, not just what.

Share of wallet, by category

Every account compared with similar accounts. See the categories where they spend less with you than their peers do, and the best sellers to pitch.

Brands they don’t buy from you

Brands similar accounts buy from you that this one never has, or quietly stopped buying, with what that gap is worth a year.

Cross-sell with evidence

Products that go with what they already buy, with how much more likely those buyers are to want them and how many customers buy both.

Spend trends

Who’s spending more and who’s spending less than the prior six months, before it shows up in your monthly numbers.

Reorder rhythm and winback

Each account’s own reorder cycle, so you know who’s due, who’s late and who has gone quiet while there’s still time to win them back.

Their usual order, one click from a quote

Start a quote from what they always buy, with anything missing from this order listed beside it. Accepted quotes go back to your ERP.

The sales cockpit

Where your sales team acts on it.

  • Accounts ranked by impact: what they’re worth times how far off their rhythm they are
  • One page per account: why to call now, their usual order and what to pitch
  • Calls, notes, tasks and quotes on one timeline
  • Each person on your sales team works their own book, with a manager view across the team

Questions

Do I need Shopify?

No. This beta is the standalone version of RevLogic for distributors and wholesalers who sell from an ERP, accounting software or spreadsheets. If you sell on Shopify, RevLogic is already available on the Shopify App Store.

How does my data get in?

Through an integration with your ERP, directly or through a platform like Celigo. If you’d rather start simple, upload an export of your order history or schedule one.

How do orders get back into my ERP?

Accepted quotes go back to your ERP as orders through the same integration, with SKUs, quantities, prices, PO number and ship-to. Nobody rekeys them.

Which systems do you connect to?

The ERPs listed above directly, and almost anything else through an integration platform like Celigo. Tell us which system you use when you sign up and we’ll set it up for your beta.

When do invites go out?

In waves, starting before the end of the year. We invite teams whose setup we can support well first, so the more you tell us on the form, the better.

What happens after the beta?

You choose whether to stay on. If you do, you get founder pricing: 25% off your first year. If you don’t, we delete your data.
