Changelog

Everything new in RevLogic — features, improvements, and fixes shipped to the Shopify app.

  1. v13.0

New pricing, a help center, and answers before you install

    ✨ New features

    • Help center — a searchable knowledge base at revlogic.tawk.help with guides covering everything from your first sync to daily call-list workflows. The same articles are at your fingertips inside the live-chat widget, so answers arrive without waiting on a reply.
    • New order-volume pricing — four plans from $19 to $199 per month, banded by your store’s order volume, with your whole sales team included on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and annual billing saves 17% (two months free).

    🔧 Minor improvements

    • A proper FAQ — evaluating RevLogic? revlogic.app/faq answers the questions B2B teams ask before installing: what data the app reads, how order entry compares to native draft orders, how winback decides an account is lapsed, and which plan fits your store.
  2. v14.0

The help center, one click from inside the app

    🔧 Minor improvements

    • Help center on the Help page — the in-app Help page now links straight to the help center, so setup guides and how-tos — from your first sync to health scores, winback, and plans — are one click away for your whole sales team, without leaving the Shopify admin.
  3. v12.0

Native B2B, smarter cross-sell, and live chat support

    ✨ New features

    • Native Shopify B2B support — company accounts and contract pricing now flow straight into your call lists and draft orders. It works on every paid Shopify plan — no Plus required — and RevLogic adapts to your setup automatically.
    • Cross-sell suggestions in order entry — as you build a draft order, RevLogic surfaces “Goes with this order” picks mined from your store’s own basket history, anchored to the last item you added.
    • Merchandising page with a cross-sell strategy matrix — define your own product-type plays (an anchor type and the target types it should pull through), and your recommendations respect them instantly.
    • Cross-sell pitch chips on the call list — each call card can surface a ready-to-pitch product for that customer, so your sales team opens every call with a specific idea.
    • Live chat support — reach us directly from the Home and Help pages, without leaving the app.

    🔧 Minor improvements

    • Tidier navigation — Data Sync now lives inside Settings, and there’s a new dedicated Help page — fewer top-level items and less to scan.
  4. v11.0

A guided first run, clearer numbers, and a polished Settings

    ✨ New features

    • Value on day one — RevLogic starts syncing automatically the moment you open it after installing, and a step-by-step setup guide walks you from first sync to your first call to your first order, checking each step off as it actually completes.
    • “You’re ready” notification — when your call list is built, a notification takes you straight to it.
    • Contextual save bar in Settings — change what you want, then save or discard deliberately, with a heads-up if you navigate away with unsaved changes.
    • In-app Help & support — a new section with our support email, the App Store listing, and our privacy and terms, one click away.

    🔧 Minor improvements

    • Plain-language explanations — hover any metric (days overdue, reorder cycle, churn risk, impact) to see what it means and how it’s calculated, right where your sales team meets it.
    • Honest sync progress — real-time status instead of a fixed bar that never moves.
    • Clearer empty screens — they now explain what’s happening (still computing versus genuinely no repeat customers yet) instead of dead-ending.
    • Deep-linked order numbers — order numbers in a customer’s history now open that order in your Shopify admin in one click.

    🐛 Bug fixes

    • Fixed the first-run setup screen briefly reappearing during a routine re-sync.
  5. v10.0

    Smarter recommendations, built to scale

    ✨ New features

    • Smarter cross-sell recommendations — the “what to pitch next” suggestions on each account now use the real product categories in your catalog plus what similar customers buy, instead of guesswork. Existing stores will see this improve after their next full product sync.

    🐛 Bug fixes

    • Fixed a sync failure that could occur on very large product catalogs.

    🔧 Minor improvements

    • Faster and more reliable at scale — RevLogic moved onto a more robust database and a dedicated background-processing tier, so syncs and profile updates hold up on large stores and big catalogs without slowing down the app you’re working in.
  6. v9.0

    A Winback list, a daily-briefing home, and call-list sorting

    ✨ New features

    • Winback list — customers who drift well past their reorder window move off the active call list onto a dedicated Winback list, keeping your call list focused on the accounts likely to buy now. Set the threshold (or turn it off) in Settings; customers return automatically when they order again.
    • Daily-briefing home — a new home screen built for the start of your sales team’s day: the top calls to make, tasks due, key counts at a glance, and a one-click path into the call list. The full cockpit moved to its own dashboard.
    • Call-list sorting — order your call list by Most overdue, Highest value, or Biggest impact (which blends how overdue an account is with how much revenue is on the line). RevLogic remembers your choice.

    🐛 Bug fixes

    • Fixed a crash when opening the order screen from a direct link.
  7. v8.0

Sharper risk signals and a faster order screen

    ✨ New features

    • Clearer risk signals — the abstract health score is now a plain risk level (low, medium, high) on every screen, so your sales team can see who’s slipping at a glance.
    • Cadence-aware scoring — risk is measured against each customer’s own buying rhythm, so an account that orders quarterly isn’t flagged like one that orders weekly.
    • Find any customer in seconds — a dashboard-wide search box and a native-style Customers page let you pull up any account by name, company, email, or phone — ideal for inbound calls.
    • Rebuilt order screen — a reorder-friendly layout, a notes sidebar, and a plain-language intelligence pane right beside the products.
    • Near-instant updates — when a customer places an order, their risk and call-list position update almost immediately, with no waiting for the next sync.
    • Volume-aware sync window — RevLogic tunes how far back it syncs to your store’s size, so larger stores stay fast.

    🐛 Bug fixes

    • Fixed a “Failed to load customer profiles” error on the dashboard.
    • Fixed slow pagination on the Customers page.
    • Fixed several dashboard issues: pane scrolling, searching orders by phone number, note truncation, and the sticky customer header.

    🔧 Minor improvements

    • Smoother performance during large profile recomputes.
  8. v7.0

Activity timeline, tasks inbox, and a redesigned dashboard

    📋 Track every customer conversation

Your call list just became a CRM. Log notes, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks against any customer — all without leaving the dashboard. The timeline shows your manual entries alongside automatic events like orders placed and draft orders started, so the full customer story is in one place.

Three activity types to keep it simple:

    • Notes — freeform context on the account
    • Calls — log the outcome (connected, voicemail, no answer, bad number) with your notes
    • Tasks — set a due date and mark complete when done

    ✅ A dedicated tasks inbox

Never miss a follow-up again. The new Tasks page groups your pending work into Overdue, Due today, and Due this week — so reps can start their morning knowing exactly who to call first. Click any customer name to jump straight to their profile.

    🖥️ Redesigned desktop dashboard

RevLogic is built for inside sales reps who live at their desks, so we redesigned the main dashboard for desktop-first:

    • Three columns at a glance — Call List on the left, customer intelligence in the middle, activity sidebar on the right
    • Always-pinned customer header — key metrics stay visible while you scroll through the account
    • Adaptive layout — the KPI strip reflows to fit your screen, from laptops to ultrawide monitors

    📞 One-click contact copy

Click a phone number or email address to copy it to your clipboard. A confirmation toast lets you know it’s ready to paste into your phone system or email client — no more fumbling to select text.

    📝 Cleaner activity timeline

Long notes are now collapsed to a preview with a Show more / Show less toggle, so a single detailed entry doesn’t bury the rest of the customer’s history.

    🤝 Auto-logged draft orders

Every time you click Start Order from a customer card, RevLogic automatically logs it to the customer’s timeline. Perfect audit trail, zero extra clicks.

  9. v6.0

    Initial App Store release

RevLogic launched on the Shopify App Store. Highlights from the first public release:

    • Customer intelligence profiles — health scores, churn risk, purchase cycle, and brand/product gaps computed from your full Shopify order history
    • Call list dashboard — a sortable, filterable list of who to talk to next, ranked by signal strength
    • One-click draft orders — start a draft order from any customer card without leaving RevLogic
    • Background sync — incremental refresh of orders, products, and customers via the Shopify Bulk Operations API
    • Per-shop settings — configure new-order mode, lookback window, and minimum order threshold
