Using RevLogic

The call list and sort modes

How RevLogic's call list works, the overdue, revenue, and impact sort modes, snoozing customers for seven days, and deep links into a specific account.

The call list on the Dashboard is where your sales team spends most of its time. It shows every customer who’s overdue for a reorder, and it gives you a few ways to decide who to call first.

What’s on the call list

The list holds customers who have passed their expected reorder date. That date is measured against their own typical order cycle (the middle of their usual gaps between orders, so one unusually quick or slow order doesn’t skew it), not simply days since their last order. Each card shows the customer’s name, company (for B2B accounts), a days-overdue badge, lifetime revenue, order cycle, order count, and a Pitch chip when there’s a specific cross-sell idea.

At the top of the pane you’ll see the count of customers overdue, your total accounts, and a link to anyone currently in Winback.

The three sort modes

Use the Sort by dropdown above the list to change the order:

  • Most overdue. Ranks by how many days past their expected reorder date each customer is. This is the default and keeps the most urgent accounts on top, grouped by priority.
  • Highest value. Ranks by lifetime revenue, so your biggest accounts come first regardless of how overdue they are.
  • Biggest impact. Combines how overdue a customer is with how much revenue is at stake, so the most valuable and at-risk accounts float to the top. This is the best default when you want the highest-leverage calls.

Your choice is remembered on your device, so each member of the team can work the list in the order that suits them. Hover the info icon next to the dropdown for a reminder of what each mode does.

Filtering the list

  • Use the All / High / Med buttons to narrow the list to a priority level.
  • On stores that use Shopify B2B, an extra All / B2B / DTC control appears so you can focus on company accounts or direct-to-consumer customers.
  • Once your store assigns accounts to people, an Accounts: Mine / Everyone switch appears. Mine shows only the accounts you own; Everyone is the whole store. Your choice is shared with the Customers and Winback pages and remembered on your device. See Assigning accounts to your team.

Snoozing a customer

If a customer isn’t worth a call right now (you just spoke, or they asked you to check back later), click the clock icon on their card to snooze them. Snoozing dismisses them from your call list for seven days, after which they reappear if they’re still overdue. The list stays focused on people you need to reach, and nobody drops off it for good.

Taking a customer off the list for good

Snoozing is for “not this week”. When an account should never come up again (they’ve closed, they’ve moved to a competitor, or they’ve asked you to stop calling), open their card and choose Mark do not call from the More menu beside the key-account control. RevLogic asks you to confirm, because it’s deliberately hard to undo by accident.

A do-not-call customer disappears from your call list, your Winback list and the counts on Home, and RevLogic removes the RevLogic Winback tag from their Shopify record so any email automation built on it stops sending to them. Nothing brings them back except clearing the mark. Not even a new order does.

They aren’t hidden from you, though. Your sales team can still find them in search, open their card and build a quote for them, and they still appear on the Customers page with a red Do not call badge. To see everyone who’s been marked, use the Do not call option in the Customers page Status filter. Clearing the mark is the same More menu, now offering Clear do not call.

Searching for any customer

The search box at the top of the Dashboard finds any synced customer by name, company, email, or phone, including one-time buyers and accounts with no intelligence profile yet. It’s built for inbound calls: type who’s on the line and their card opens instantly. Press / anywhere on the Dashboard to jump straight to search.

On stores that use Shopify B2B, matching company accounts appear in a Companies section below the people, searchable by the company name or the location’s. Picking one that has intelligence opens its card; picking one that doesn’t takes you straight to a quote for it, because there’s no history to read yet.

Next to the search box is a New quote button. It searches the same way and goes straight to the quote screen for whoever you pick. It’s the fastest route when a call turns into an order for an account you weren’t looking at. See Creating quotes.

The Customers page

The Customers page lists every synced account, 50 at a time, with the same Risk and Days overdue columns you see on the call list, plus a New quote button on every row.

Beside the search box are a Status filter and a Sort control (plus an Owner filter once your store assigns accounts). Status narrows the page to Key accounts, Growing, Shrinking, Winback or Do not call; Sort orders it by Most overdue, Amount spent, Orders, Last order, Contact name or Company (on the Companies tab, Company name), and the button beside it reverses the order: A–Z becomes Z–A, High to low becomes Low to high. Both work across your whole store rather than the 50 rows on screen, and a Status: … tag under the controls clears a filter in one click. See Customer statuses and key accounts for what each status means and which views list only analysed customers.

On stores that use Shopify B2B, a People / Companies switch sits at the top of the page. People is every customer record, as before. Companies lists every company location (the level Shopify prices, files, and invoices B2B orders at) with the parent company, its address, orders, and amount spent. Locations are listed whether or not they’ve ordered yet, so a company account can be quoted the day it’s created. Searching this tab matches the company name or the location name.

RevLogic uses a consistent link format to open a specific customer: /app/dashboard?customerId=.... That’s why clicking a name in Top calls on Home, a row in the Customers table, an entry in Winback, or a customer on a Task always drops you onto the right account with their full profile loaded.
